We will be featuring some of Jill Pankey's Works of Art for the Spring Season along with some of the art works from Eric Weller and Neal Wilson, and will serve some of Pankey's Homemade Wine. Taste some wine, cheese and listen to our music while viewing the art on First Friday!

Reds Festival in Downtown Bryan, Oct. 12 & 13, 2012
The Square One Art Studio is located in the Historic Downtown area of Bryan, Texas, and is owned by Robert and Jill Pankey. The downstairs area of the building serves as a working studio for Jill Pankey, MFA, who shows her art works throughout the State of Texas, Santa Fe, NM, New York, NY and Internationally in Russell, New Zealand. The Art Studio is open to the public on every First Friday of the month from 6:00 pm. to 9:00 pm., and during downtown Bryan Festivals such as the Reds Festival in October. During each opening, Jill Pankey and various local artists in the Brazos Valley will be showing their original art work that will also be for sale at Studio Prices. In addition to the studio, the Pankey's maintain a 1600 sq. ft. loft for temporary rental for people wanting to experience the downtown scene or come in to view Aggie Sports. The Square One Building in Bryan, Texas is a historical building that used to serve as a restaurant and a print shop in past years. Today it is owned by Jill and Bob Pankey, and they intend to use it as an art studio and live in the top loft 4 bedroom, 1 bath facility. This is a movie of the Opening of the Square One Art Studio during the 2011 Reds Festival.
The back of the building houses a newly developing catering business by The Village Cafe, and Ms. Kristy Petty. This catering business is sure to become one of the lucrative and profitable ventures in the Downtown Bryan area. Each catered event, whether birthday parties for children, breakfast servings, intamate candelight dinners for two, or groups of fifty and wedding receptions involving hundreds of people will be on the agenda for Kristy in the Fall of 2012.
